Are the properties eligible for APL/ALS housing assistance?

You cannot receive both APL and ALS: depending on your housing situation, you will be eligible for one or the other. The best thing to do is to contact the CAF to run a simulation and find out what you are entitled to.

In some cases, the assistance is paid directly to the landlord and deducted from your rent. In this case, you only have to pay the rest of the rent (the “residual”).
