What kind of assistance am I eligible for?

Our residences offer several solutions to help you better spread your expenses and ease your budget.

Depending on the residence, you may be eligible for APL (personalized housing assistance) or ALS (social housing assistance). It is also sometimes possible to pay your security deposit and application fees in three installments. Some residences may also offer you housing assistance of €100 or €170 per month for three months.

Finally, application fees may be reduced if you come from a partner school or are a Smerra member. And in some residences, a reduction is also applied between October 1 and June 30.
