You can live in student housing if you are a student, researcher, or teacher (no age limit), but also if you are in training, doing an internship, or on an apprenticeship/professional training contract. Depending on the residence, young professionals under the age of 30 may also be accepted, provided they meet the income requirements set by the government.
To apply, first choose your residence using the search engine, then select the type of accommodation that suits you. Next, click on “Submit an application,” create your account, and complete the form.
Your application will be processed quickly and you will receive an email to track the progress of your application. After submission, it may be reviewed, placed on a waiting list, or rejected. If accommodation is available, it will be reserved for you, and you will only be asked for supporting documents if the accommodation is allocated to you. Once your application is complete, we can arrange the inventory and key handover.
